A pharmacist answers, checks that what you need can be made safely, and calls you with the price before anything is mixed. Prescription details go by phone or secure fax — never through this site.

Call us and we’ll take it from there

A pharmacist answers the phone. Tell them what you need and they’ll handle the rest — including chasing your doctor’s office if the prescription hasn’t reached us yet.

If you already have a prescription: Ask your doctor to send it electronically to Quantum Pharmacy, Chevy Chase MD, or to fax it to (301) 690-6881. Call us once it’s sent and we’ll confirm we have it.
If you don’t have one yet: Call and we’ll send your doctor our list of formulas, or tell you exactly what to ask for at your next visit.
If you’re a prescriber: Fax the formula to (301) 690-6881 and ask for our formulary — it goes out the same day.

We don’t take prescription details through this website. Health information belongs on the phone or a secure fax, not a web form.

Prescribers: Send prescriptions electronically to Quantum Pharmacy, Chevy Chase MD, or fax the formula to the number above. Ask for our formulary and we’ll send it the same day.
